I want to give the biggest, most heartfelt shout-out to Dr. Judy Chen the absolute best orthodontist ever!!! Dr. Chen gave me a truly beautiful smile through my Invisalign treatment. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, skilled, and mapped out my Invisalign plan perfectly. Her genuine care, kindness, and deep understanding spoke volumes throughout the entire process. Dr. Chen’s unwavering dedication shines through her work, and I could not be happier with how straight and perfect my teeth look now! A huge and very special thank you to Erika, her Orthodontic Assistant! Erika is the sweetest, most attentive assistant who always made me feel completely comfortable and welcome during my tray and attachment checks! The entire office team consistently went above and beyond! They made managing my Invisalign tracking smooth and stress-free, and I loved coming in for my appointments! Dr. Chen and her staff are phenomenal. I came to her as an adult patient with a number of alignment and bite issues, and could tell right away that she would do a great job. She is knowledgeable and thorough, and I am thrilled with my results. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Judy since I was little for checkups, and I started braces in 8th grade. Dr. Judy and her assistants—Erica, Katie, Sunny, and Zara-have always been very kind and helpful, especially when my braces were bothering me. Even when my braces became loose a couple of times, they helped fix the issue quickly. I really appreciate how they always let me check my teeth with a mirror after each visit. I would definitely recommend this orthodontic office for people living in Sammamish and Redmond. The only improvement I can think of is the parking lot, since the space are a bit tight. Otherwise, the office and staff are great, and I'll miss Dr. Judy and her team after the past two-three years! -Astro Chen

We started looking into orthodontic treatment to fix our son’s overlapping front teeth. We had consultations at two other offices, but Dr. Chen explained everything in the clearest and simplest way. What really stood out was that she never pressured us. She even mentioned that a second phase might not be necessary, which made us feel that she truly cared about what was best for our son. It really felt like she was recommending the shortest and best treatment plan specifically for him. Scheduling appointments has been easy, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. We’re so happy we chose this office. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been undergoing orthodontic treatment with Dr. Chen for the past year, and we’ve had an excellent experience so far. Although the treatment is still in progress, we’ve already seen a noticeable improvement in her smile. Dr. Chen is incredibly professional, thoughtful, and meticulous. She takes the time to explain each step and always makes sure we feel comfortable and informed. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes great pride in her work. Sunny is also amazing—so warm, gentle, and encouraging. She always makes my daughter feel at ease during her visits, and her positive energy makes each appointment go smoothly. The clinic is clean, efficient, and welcoming. As a parent, I truly appreciate the level of care and communication from both Dr. Chen and Sunny.
